Terms and Conditions
1. In case of rescheduling of the event, the purchased access ticket may be used for the new date, the buyer benefiting from all the rights conferred by the access ticket on the date of rescheduling the event.
2. In case of cancellation of the event or in case of impossibility of using the access ticket at the date of rescheduling the event, the participant will receive from the organizer a voucher for the entire amount paid, a voucher that will be used to purchase products or services from the range offered by the organizer, including for access to other events.
3. We cannot take over requests for ticket return if these requests are received on the day of the event. Any return request will be made in writing to the office@ticketstore.ro
By purchasing this ticket / tickets, the buyer undertakes to accept and comply with the official rules of the event, as well as the following provisions:
OUT OF RESPECT FOR THE ARTISTS, PLEASE RESPECT THE START TIME OF THE PERFORMANCE! ACCESS AFTER THIS TIME IS FORBIDDEN!
PEOPLE WHO BENEFIT FROM DISCOUNTS ON TICKETS (PENSIONERS, PUPILS, STUDENTS) ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO ACCOMPANY THE TICKET!
The ticket loses its validity after the buyer / spectator leaves the location of the event.
The ticket may lose its validity after the start of the show if the organizer specifies so
Failure to comply with the rules or the use of the ticket for purposes other than those provided may bring with it the cancellation of the ticket / tickets, and may prohibit the access of the ticket holder to the event.
Tickets that have not been purchased through www.TicketStore.ro will not be received for return.
Tickets that are not purchased through the www.ticketstore.ro but bear the insignia of our site will be canceled and the spectators who present them at the entrance complain to the competent authorities.
In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or change of the schedule of an event, the amounts resulting from additional costs (transport, hotel, courier, bank charges, ticket processing fees, etc.) will not be covered.
The value of the tickets will be returned by the www.Ticketstore.ro only if the amounts collected to the organizer have not already been paid. If transfers are made to the organizer, the return of the tickets is the responsibility of the organizer marked on the purchased tickets. The refunded amount will be the amount written on the tickets.
